PA54.1 - Pers Action History Correction
Use PA54.1 (Pers Action History Correction) to change employee history
records that are associated with a personnel action.
History records may need to be changed when the wrong information is entered
with a personnel action.
If incorrect information is saved, you should use a new personnel action to
correct the information. If, after you make the correction, the error stays in
the history file and you do not want the error to appear on reports and
inquiries you can use PA54.1 to remove the incorrect history information.
You can use PA54.1 to
- add or change history records;
- delete history records; or
- move history records to an error file
- change the effective date of a historical record
- change the action code of a historical record
- combine a historical record with another
If a personnel action contains an error, use HR11.1 (Employee), PA13.1
(Multiple Pos, Jobs), or PA52.1 (Individual Action) to correct current
information. Then use PA54.1 to correct the history record so that the
personnel action history remains accurate.
Corrections made with PA54.1 do not update HR11.1, PA13.1, or PA13.2
(Multiple Pos,Job History) information.
Use PgUp and PgDn to view additional information on the form.
