PROVERTIME FILE
Overtime Pay Plan
This file contains information about pay plans, identifying pay and work week
periods and pay frequency. If the plan is an overtime plan, this file
identifies the number of hours worked after which point overtime is paid,
either weekly or daily, and if overtime is based on a fixed or fluctuating
work period.

Ot Plan Contains the value that indicates if
the pay plan is an overtime pay plan.

Period End Date Contains the end date of the first pay
period.
PRO-PAY-FREQUENCY Numeric 1 PR21.1
Pay Frequency Contains the pay frequency defined for
the pay plan.
1 = Weekly
2 = Bi-Weekly
3 = Semi-Monthly
4 = Monthly

Wrk End Date Contains the end date of the first work
period.

Number of Days Contains the number of days in the work

PRO-STD-HOURS Signed 5.2 PR21.1
Std Hours Contains the number of hours in the
work period after which point overtime
is paid.
PRO-MAX-HOURS-DAY Signed 4.2 PR21.1
Max Hours Day Contains the number of hours in a day
after which point overtime is paid. This
value is used for plans that pay
overtime for hours worked in excess of a
daily limit.
PRO-OT-PREM-RATE Signed 13.4 PR21.1
Ot Prem Rate Contains the overtime premium rate. If
a premium rate is not defined for an
overtime plan, the premium rate defined
for the pay code defaults.
PRO-PAY-CODE Alpha 4 PR21.1
Payment Code Contains the overtime pay code. If the
pay plan is an overtime plan, PR132
(FLSA Overtime Calculation)
automatically calculates the overtime
and creates a time record for the
overtime pay code.
PRO-WORK-PRD-FLAG Alpha 1 PR21.1
Work Prd Flag Contains the value that indicates if
overtime pay is based on a fixed or
fluctuating work period.
F = Fixed
L = Fluctuating
PRO-FIXED-HOURS Numeric 3 PR21.1
Fixed Hours Contains the number of hours a salaried
employee's pay is intended to compensate
for the work period. The system uses
this field for fixed work week plans.
PRO-CALC-OT-HOURS Alpha 1 PR21.1
Calc Ot Hours Contains the option that indicates
whether or not the system calculates
overtime hours.
