PRSAGHEAD FILE
Step & Grade Schedule Header
The Step and Grade Schedule Header file stores the type and description of
the schedule. The system creates a record for each schedule and each effective
date. The header file of a schedule can have many associated detail records.
These header and detail files are used with both step and grade and grade
range schedules.
