    Manager, Compensation and HR Operations

    Salaried full-time | Roper St. Francis Office Park | North Charleston, S.C.

    • Lead and manage compensation human resources operations and HR information systems functions, ensuring success and striving for continuous improvement.

    • Design, implement and communicate programs and projects that support our organizational mission and vision, including compensation programs and projects, HR analytics and leader dashboards, data governance, and performance management.

    • At least three years of experience in compensation and HR operations, including supervisory roles

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, human resources or related field

    • HR knowledge in applicable laws and regulations, with significant experience in interpreting and applying the Fair Labor Standards Act

    • Proficiency with enterprise HRIS; Lawson/Infor preferred

    • Strong analytical and project-management skills

    • Executive compensation experience preferred

    • Current SPHR, PHR (or SHRM equivalent) and/or CCP preferred
