Currency Table This is a table of currency
relationships, exchange rates, and
translation rates used by one or more
companies. If multiple companies share
rates, each company can be linked to the
same currency table, eliminating the
need to set up rates for each company
individually.

From Currency Code This is the name of the currency code
you are converting from. It must be a
valid code in the Currency Codes file.

To Currency Code This is the name of the currency code
you are converting to. It must be a
valid code in the Currency Codes file.
CRL-MULT-DIV Alpha 1 CU02.1 CU02.2
Multiply/Divide The Multiply/Divide field determines
Option how rates are applied during conversion
and translation.
Use Multiply, the default value, to
multiply the From currency amount by the
rate to calculate the To currency
amount.
Use Divide to divide the From currency
amount by the rate to calculate the To
currency amount.
M = Multiply
D = Divide

Override Tolerance This field determines the override
tolerance of an exchange rate. Values
from 0 to 100 are acceptable. A value of
0 is the default and means any override
rate is acceptable. Any other value
indicates the percentage (tolerance) the
override rate can be over the table
rate.

Conversion Status This field indicates currency exchange CU03.1
relationship status.
Use Active, the default value, to let
conversion activity take place for the
relationship.
Use Inactive to prevent conversion
activity.

Translation Status This field indicates currency
translation status.
Use Active, the default value, to let
translation activity take place for the

From Currency Nbr This is the currency number of decimal
of Decimals positions for the From currency.

To Currency Nbr of This is the currency number of decimal
Decimals positions for the To currency.
CRL-TRNGLT-IND Alpha 1 CU02.1 CU02.2
Trnglt Ind Indicates whether the currencies in a
conversion need to be converted by way
of a third currency. Required for
member currencies of the European Union.
CRL-TRNGLT-CURR-CD Alpha 5 CU02.1 CU02.2
Trnglt Curr Cd The currency code of the language used
to triangulate a conversion. For
European Union (EU) currencies, the
triangulation currency must be the
Euro.
CRL-OVD-PROT-IND Alpha 1 CU02.1 CU02.2
Ovd Prot Ind Yes indicates that the conversion rates
cannot be overridden. The default is No.
Yes is required when the Triangulate
indicator is set to Yes.
